A founder of a small IT Service company in his youth, Dennis has always found himself interested in technology and the transformative power of it. As an individual long term investor in global technology companies, it was not long before Dennis would build for himself a distinguished track record in many of these same companies -leading cross-company financial initiatives, advocating and driving enterprise software migrations into the cloud, and modernizing business processes with automation and business intelligence. While driving growth at his initial IT company, Dennis led projects for major technology and engineering heavyweights such as IBM and Siemens Corporation. Within Finance and the Mortgage industry, Dennis managed portfolios, projects, and drove executive initiatives within MetLife Investments.
Insights gained from frequent executives and senior management conversations provided Dennis an appreciation for strategic planning, technical, and operational hurdles businesses face on a daily basis.
Encouraged by management, Dennis started a new IT and Business consulting company, Archon Talent Associates, with a focus on leveraging business solutions and structure in the technical arena and introducing innovative technical solutions to solve long standing business issues. The business scope has widened over the years as new challenges and opportunities have come to the forefront, but to this day, Archon continues to adhere to the innovative spirit which has driven its growth.
Ever active in the community, Dennis can be found volunteering his time with a number of New York and Washington, DC nonprofits focused on education and business mentorship.

A pioneer in the lending business with over a decade of leadership experience, Peter has an accolade clad history in mortgage lending. Peter has been at the helm of leadership in positions ranging from Account Executive, Processing to Underwriting, working for noted industry leaders such as Citigroup, MetLife, and ACC Capital Holdings. Peter brings especially valuable expertise in the areas of mixed lending portfolio, with experience in Forward & Reverse Mortgages, FHA, VA, Conventional, Consumer Finance, Auto Loans, and Commercial Lending. From his debut with CitiMortgage, Peter’s drive and ambition has enabled him to lead production in every department and lending field. His rapid rise and consecutive string of promotions are clearly a result of his solid knowledge base, customer service, and mortgage expertise.
Serge Howell,
Known and admired well throughout some Upstate New York’s most respected nonprofits, Serge embodies the meaning of giving back. Serge is serious about uplifting and giving back to the communities that he himself has been a beneficiary of. After mentoring and inspiring hundreds of inner city youth, Serge accepted a position as an Assistant Director of a thriving community upstart in Maine, during which he was a vital liaison in the community and a mentor to many local young people, college students, and young professionals. After relocating to New York, Serge founded his very own community based nonprofit in efforts to bring mentorship back to his very local community, leveraging the skills and institutional structure he previously deployed in Maine.
Ever the investor and innovator, Serge partners with a New York real estate developer and has implemented technical tools and leveraged nontraditional media as a means to reach wider markets. Serge is excited about how far advancements in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and nontraditional media have and will continue to shape a number of industries and enable individuals and communities to further engage -this is of noted concern. It has been an ongoing theme in the life of Serge to organize people for the common goal of progress. He spends much of his time in the community and is quite adept at driving client engagement, coordinating and mobilizing the diverse skills of those around him.
